The beauty of the Urban Rebounding workouts is that each participant is in control of how hard they are working by how much they 'push in to the mat surface'. The harder you 'push' the more G-Force you create and the harder you work!

Our full boy workouts are designed to work every muscle group in a functional way so nothing escapes the workout. You are working your cardiovascular system whilst challenging your balance and coordination at the same time.
Other benefits include lymphatic drainage which can help maintain and improve your immune system. The lymphatic system is the metabolic rubbish bin of the body, that is constantly ridding the body of unwanted viruses and waste products. Unlike the cardiovascular system the lymphatic system does not have a pump to move the lymph fluid around the body so it relies on breathing and movement to do this. However whilst rebounding there is a fantastic pressure change that is felt in the body, opening and closing lymph vales, pumping the lymph fluid around, and helping flush the system.
When rebounding one must remember to drink plenty of water, before, during and after exercise to replace lost fluids.
