Our workout programmes use familiar aerobic moves, sports specific conditioning moves and core stabilization techniques to ensure a full body workout.Urban Rebounding is performed entirely on a unique, high quality, spring-enhanced mini-trampoline with a non-slip surface. The exercise is accomplished by jumping only a few inches off the surface of the rebounder, is low impact and absorbs 87% of the shock of impact versus doing the same exercises on a hardwood floor, reducing incidences of injury and joint damage. Research by NASA proves that rebounding is 68% more effective than jogging. All of our programmes are very inclusive and our Instructor training courses ensure Instructors motivate, inspire and educate everyone in in the class about rebounding.
There are three natural forces: gravity, acceleration and deceleration. The purpose of rebounding is to line up acceleration and deceleration with gravity creating G-Force. The increase in G-Force is what gives you all the benefits of rebounding. Every cell in the body feels this increase in pressure and the cells respond to being placed in this environment causing them to adapt and become stronger. This is why rebounding is known as an internal workout for the viscera (internal organs) also.
