Urban Rebounding: Box & Bound
Box and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing and kickboxing and add the lower body postures of the Urban Rebounding Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular challenge! Throw in some upper body strengthening using an unstable surface to complete the workout. Learn ways to bring kickboxing to everyone. Urban Rebounding: Athletic Conditioning.
In The Zone - Sports Specific bound will make you feel like an athlete. Try a workout on the Urban Rebounder simulating sports specific training drills with the added challenge of an unstable, yet forgiving surface. The workout will give you conditioning for many of your favorite activities, and balance challenges to enhance your athletic ability. Urban Rebounding: Resistance Rebounding
Resistance Rebounding is a total body workout, combining cardio and strength training, on the Urban Rebounder utilizing the unique surface for recovery, balance challenges and much more! Several options for combining strength and cardio within an Urban Rebounding class will be introduced, as well as research supporting increased strength gains that can be achieved utilizing the unique Urban Rebounder. All major muscle groups will be targeted. Discover a fun way to maximize your participants’ workouts by adding cardio with strength training in a non-intimidating way. Urban Rebounding: Circuits
The aim of circuit training is a progressive development of the muscular respiratory systems (circuit training exercise achieves all round fitness). Learn how to use the Urban Rebounder for cardio and balance segments between resistant equipment and learn how to design a circuit on the Urban Rebounder using dumbells, bars and bands to really provide a balance challenge for your participants. The workshop is ideal for gym instructors and personal trainers who want to learn how to design innovative and challenging circuits. (Urban Rebounders and resistance equipment required)
Street Bound!
This 3 hour workshop takes you beyond rebounding basics on to more advanced moves and choreography to help keep your classes fresh and members motivated. This rebound workout is a truly cool and fun cardio workout. The professionally choreographed routines will provide all the benefits of a rebound exercise class but with all the flare and style of street dance! Presented by Master Trainer Kelly Walsh
