1. Health2Fitness Ltd (Warrantor) warrants to the original purchaser (Customer) of its home and gym rebound products (Product) that, should Product prove defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material:
a. For one (1) year from the date of the original purchase (Warranty Period), Warrantor will replace or repair any defective rebounder frame, frame springs or mat without charge, plus delivery charges at cost, when Customer contacts Warrantor directly within the Warranty Period. Parts used for replacement are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. Shipping expenses are the Customers responsibility.
b. For three (3) months from the date of the original purchase (Warranty Period), Warrantor will replace or repair any defective rebounder skirt without charge, plus delivery charges at cost, when Customer contacts Warrantor directly within the Warranty Period. Parts (and replacement rebounders) used for replacement are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. Shipping expenses are the Customers responsibility.
c. For seven (7) days from the date receipt by Customer (Warranty Period), Warrantor will replace or repair any defective rebounder parts without charge, plus delivery charges at cost, when Customer contacts Warrantor directly within the Warranty Period. Parts used for replacement are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. Shipping expenses are the Customers responsibility.
2. To obtain Warranty Service, Customer must contact Health2Fitness directly via the website or by post or email as follows to obtain a Return Authorisation number:

Shipping expenses are the Customers responsibility. Proof of purchase may be requested when requesting a Warranty Service. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth above, Health2Fitness Ltd will, at its option, either supply replacement parts to the customer for repair of the equipment or replace the defective part or Product. Health2Fitness Ltd may request any defective part(s) or Products be returned to its service centre for inspection prior to a replacement part(s) or Product being sent and the Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
3. This Warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, alteration, physical abuse to, or misuse of, the Product or operation thereof in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions; use of the product by any user weighing in excess of three hundred (300) pounds; use of the Gym products with instruction from an unqualified Urban Rebounding instructor; Clothing, DVD and CD products unless faulty on delivery in which case Customer has seven (7) days from date of receipt to report such fault.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
5. As far as the law allows, we will not be responsible for the following: (a) loss of income, profits (actual or anticipated), contracts or for any other business related loss; (b) indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused
6. This warranty is offered subject to these terms and conditions which may change from time to time. You can find the latest version on our website www.rebound-uk.com. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.
7. These conditions shall in all respect be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
