This Rebound workout involves using our specially designed resistance bands that have a karabiner clip on one end that securely fasten to the metal clip on the gym mini trampoline itself so you can effectively add in your upper body and core resistance exercises whilst on the rebounder. Conditioning exercise presented by Master Trainer James Winfield. Ideal for people who don’t have much time, this workout can be done in conjunction with your cardio workout or interspersed between cardio moves like circuit training. This exercises are so effective for toning and strengthen upper body muscles including the core. One band can be used or both at the same time for extra strong resistance and 2-4 circuits can be completed. Part of the Rebound UK educational video series. Other regular resistance bands and tubing bands will not connect to the rebounder.
